Yeah. its a bit like someone told me once that you always need to be alert when crossing the road. but i dont like doing what everybody else does so i thought well they are all going to be lerts so i will be aloof.
Got ran over next time i crossed the road. just goes to show there's safety in numbers.
So i enrolled on a maths course. got a merit. well the lecturer actually wrote something like "shouldnt really be here" i took that to mean i was too clever for them.
Didnt help.when i was trying to work out the trajectory and velocity of the traffic using the newly learned ballistics theory and got run over again when i put the decimal place in the wrong point.
Still i couldnt see the point in ballistics theory. took him a week to work out the if you fired it in the air it would come down again.
Sorry. rambling. it happens when im soaking in the bath. talking of eureka moments....... |

I think most people that know what it is would count being a research chemist, no thats nothing to do with working in a pharmacy, as being firmly entrenched in the nerd camp but then I'm often wrong.
If I was always right I would have to be a theoretical physicists. |
