All is well according to my chief medical tormentor, I've lost weight even though I've slipped a couple of times on the diet, I'm happily full of a delicious meal and to top it off a friend has got the better alternative of two possible diagnoses - a very good day!

Its been a cracking day can't think why though. Iv even just been walking round tescos with my little girl pushing each other around acting like a pair of kids an by fuck it was good just pissing about with a very specail little lady |
