Glasgow

This morning I was working with my supervisor, taking core samples of bricks when he says, "this wee new one is really tight. The older one is much looser"

I managed to refrain.

Outside B&Q I watched a young female complain that she couldn’t take it in the back as it was too long, but if it fitted in the front she’d give it a go. She’d tried it in the back already and it wouldn’t go in, but if the assistant wanted to try she’d open up as far as possible as he might be able to get a better angle. Normally she had no problem putting it in the rear, but this time it might be better slid gently in from the front taking care not to damage anything.

A large double-tube fluorescent light fitting that was too long for her saloon boot….

Arse End of the Universe, Cumbria

My mam was telling me the craic about her 89 year old friend having her bush trimmed because it was a bit overgrown...fortunately I realised what she was on about when she mentioned the nesting blackbirds being a bit confused at the lack of leaves

Brighton - even Hove!

The joys of working in an office means that when it gets hot, and you press the right button, it will slide in nice and smooth. Laminator.
