Great! The first day of my holiday and the weather is great, my hotel is great and my massage was great.

It's been a lovely day ,had a phone from someone who made me laugh so that was good but curled up with hot water bottle at the moment waiting for pain killers to kick in Grr but kids all happy and quiet . Hope everyone has a great evening x |

I'm having a spa break in Essex. I haven't been for a swim or steam yet as the oils on my body feel too good to wash away. I might spend tomorrow doing the classes and pool stuff. My feet are all lovely and soft too.
