Dinner time, we will have having fish, chips and peas. I spent all weekend spring cleaning the flat, baking and cooking and I cannot be arsed to do anything from scratch tonight.
Except for the coffee and walnut cake I have made to take to work tomorrow!!!

My "weird" dinner will be some kind of curry tonight I think. I think I have some chicken in the fridge that should have been used last week so plenty of heat maybe required to kill any bacteria !! |
