Well they were - its amazing how a few minutes of buffing em up makes all the ddifference,

A decent sharp knife makes the job of cutting/boning a lot easier.
The 6in cook's knife I bought over 20y ago, my first major kitchen purchase, is still with me today, and is in very good shape, and I love using it!  |
