Name being LOONY.

After cleaning the kitchen and washing some pots, I decided to make myself a coffee (instant), so taking my mug from the draining board and pulling out the canister to find there was little coffee left in there, I figured I would top up the canister, took out the large jar of instant coffee and poured a decent amount into said canister, only to realise, I had actually poured the coffee into my wet mug instead.

More embarrassingly, it took me a moment to work out why it wasn't quite right.

No, but I have put the milk in the cupboard and the coffee in the fridge, didn't even clock on straight away when I went to make another a little later.

I've also put sugar in my coffee without thinking, I haven't had sugar in my coffee since I was a teen.

Senior moments catching up with me now.

Torquay

In my house we call it a 'Senior Moment'....

My hubby has them more and more lately, like getting into his car to drive up to the Emirates Stadium for work and getting 20 miles up the M5 before realising he has left his Moccasin slippers on. Or the time he drove up to Manchester for work and walked into the hotel reception and asked the guy behind the counter if he could book in yet....then notice he was in fact talking to his own reflection in a mirror!
