sorry ruggers - i fought alot with myself about weather i shoud share or not - as i walk still gagging in the morning - even after a full 10minute tooth brushing, gargling with tcp and scraping my tongue!!!!

Ewww, i couldnt laugh yesterday - took me til late afternoon til i could stop thinking about it - have had a good laugh reading back thru it today tho.
