Rob did mine when I was 19.....I took it out after a couple of days as it was painful,a lump of frozen steak on my nipple and a huge earing digging in my bra was'nt the best way to go about it  |

When I had mine done I wouldnt say it was over a 5 on the pain scale
Catching it on the shower door a few weeks later was nearer 185 and resulted in me swopping the bar for a ring |

My ex had one done and never went back to get the other done, she said it was too painful for too long.
Shame really as she had her belly button and clit hood done and had a chain that could have gone through all 4 rings  |

Had both mine done a month ago. Glad I had them done at the same time as I wouldn't go back.
And although it may turn some people off I found it a great turn on when a partner played with my nipples before I got them done, now the sensation is incredible. |
