Put them in a pillow case when you wash them, and ladies do the same thing with bras etc, under wires kill washing machines, and nurses take those tiny scissors out your uniforms before you wash them you silly girls, they kill them too! Lol.

from a town near you

when all my kids where at home I could spend hours matching socks up so I went out a bought 40 pairs of black socks,voila no more matching andif one gotlost didn't matter
