Daytime - R4

Evenings - 6Music

Either option is over-ridden when there's footie on, then it's 5 Live

Central

BBC Radio 4 is my absolute fave. Where would I be without Woman's Hour?

It has some incredible programmes on it, a few I detest, including many plays and the archers, but overall I would happily pay an extra license fee (not double the tv one!!) to be able to listen.

Otherwise, Absolute 80's can be good, or some local ones.

kinky heaven

Radio 2 in the car and have to suffer the same repetitive shit on heart fm.

That is one sorry excuse for a radio station, they just put one cd on and press random.

Totally obsessive celebrity culture there too.

Most of the local stations are owned by the same companies, and play the same crap usually at the same time as well

A mix for me. Capital FM, Hallam FM and Real Radio most of the time. And a bit of Tony Blackburn for pick of the pops on a Saturday afternoon
