Trouble is I keep on ending up back on here...
What can I do to stop this damn site ruining my days work???"
I'm making the ultimate sacrifice, and will be deleting my profile tomorrow evening (have given myself some time to say goodbye to friends). It's the only way for me unfortunately, as I'm always browsing, and its killed my free-time since I joined. I wish you luck. R.  |

I'm finding myself working from home more and more when I can lol it's a terrible habit, but what I have been able to do is work for an hour or so then take a break and check my fab. It works great just so long as someone interesting and sexy doesn't drop but my inbox and distract me. I've been known to distract a couple of people while they work  I need to work harder  lol good luck to ya!! |

Set yourself a goal, say to yourself until you have done said task you can't look on fab, that's what I do and it works for me, sometimes it could be a couple of hours or it could be 20 mins before I can look, but only log on for 10 mins then back to work, also make sure you have a set lunch break where you can relax and look for half hour then again back to work  |

The problem isn't Fab though because even without it you'd more than likely find something else to distract yourself with.

Ditto. If it wasn't horsey sites, it was dating sites and now Fabs....t'internet is full of distractions for the feckless! |
