You can get a second sim for the same number, but most will also use bluetooth too which is much less faffing...is the car from a main dealer? Most networks will provide a dual sim though if you don't want to use the bluetooth connection |

You can't have 2 SIM cards with the same number as that is something called an interactive SIM which renders the other SIM cut off. It will connect via Bluetooth or a direct docking port for your phone which will also charge your handset also . Hope this helps |

Don't think can have two sims with same number
Vodafone one net will supply You with two sims that ring on the same number
They assign you two separate numbers per sim but they put what is called a hunt group so they can ring at same time or transfer if no reply
I have this with my phones also they can do it for your home landline which I don't have |

Because some people who have secretaries think it's rude to have their mobile ring when in a meeting |

Does having a phone keyboard built into a car qualify as hands free? |

The sim in the will probably be to access 3g data eg update maps or stream music to radio
Exactly what will vary from car to car
Bluetooth could potentially work with steering wheel based controls and a built in keypad too |
