Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
There was a piece on the radio news at lunchtime about angry people being more prone to heart attacks and strokes.
An anger management person was on too. He used to implode his anger, which leads to depression, then swung to exploding, which leads to heart attacks/strokes. He found balance.
Do you implode/explode or have balance?

"I probably implode. I don't often feel angry and I have breathing techniques I learned that help"
Imploding means others don't know we are angry and maybe we fool ourselves that we're not?

"Sometimes I can be as cool as a snowman in Siberia, then after half an hour on ma pc, will be in a seething rage cos it wont do what I want "
Your snowman will melt really quickly.

Somewhere in North Norfolk |
I used to implode and eventually explode.
Recently, all bets are off. I could take things as they come or I could go several different types of ballistic.
Balance is an aspiration I am nowhere close to. |

I've trashed two computer monitors...
I don't internalise my rare displeasure... |

"I may appear as angry but I am pretty balanced, I just enjoy a good argument!
That's fine. I'm talking about exploding, red mist stuff.
"
Never happens, life is too short to be angry. I might have the odd major grumble but genuinely can't remember the red mist descending and feeling out of control. |
