I'm not sure how a 40 year old is supposed to feel but I've always been a big kid who can never behave so I don't think I've ever felt my age or ever will |

I don't at all!!
...my mind is one age. And my body another. I swear i'm going through the menopause whilst trapped in a 24 year old body.
I'd much rather have a night in with a cup of tea and a game of scrabble rather than go out where it's noisy and get a headache lol x

You're only as old as the person you're feeling. That's why I make a point of groping my younger female work colleagues in lifts.
Only two verbal warnings and one written so far folks, so doing pretty well! |

I don't feel old, but then I'm not, I'm constantly asked for id when buying tobacco and booze too, so can't be aging too badly. I may feel differently tomorrow when I reach the big 25!
As for you _isscheekychops, you're gorgeous! Could easily pass for a lady several years younger than you are! You'll be a fox at all ages! |

although i do not know what it is like to actually feel older (as ive never been older than i am now)
i stereotypically would say that ive more aches pains, and am generally more sluggish/tired than your average 50yr old.
so yeah i guess i dont have that youthful high energy most would expect from a 26yr old |

I might look my age (43) but I certainly don't feel it. I feel no different than I did when I was a teen most of the times. Having to deal with kids and bills and stuff doesn't mean you can't still think young thoughts. |

I tend to find at the age of very nearly 43 that i make the same grunting and siging noises just getting out of bed, that i used to make when having sex as a young twenty something. I tend to make strange grosning noises when bending over to pick something up. But hey mentally i still think i am 18. |

55 here and to be honest I've never felt better in all my life.
Spent Saturday night out with 3 girlfriends all at least 10 years younger than me, went to a salsa club and was first on the dance floor and last off.
I have more energy know than I've ever had, sexercise is the answer, thanks hun x |

Nope.
I keep as fit as I can, have always taken care of my skin.
Ny.mum has aged well, so its a good gene pool.
And I make sure I enhance my good bits, not get stuck.in a style makeup or hairstyle rut.
I hate by d.o.b tho |

Mentally I don't feel my age at all.
But my body is starting to look and feel it...I really don't like it! The trouble is Mr B and my friends wind me up because they now it rattles me which then makes me more paranoid. (horrible buggars!) |

"
Hope you don't mind me being premature ... Happy Birthday for tomorrow |

I'm panicking already as I'm 50 on the 21st this month. My head is telling me lots of things I would rather just forget , my body is however enjoying the fact I joined a gym 3 days ago |

I like being the age I am. Old suites me. I can't abide loud music and I'm always chastising younger people for their lack of manners or respect. People say I act like a sixty year old. I'm comfortable with this. |

Mentally not old at all, physically my body keeps telling my I am not as young as I used to be. Normally after a days paintballing I ache for days after, but it was bloody good fun on the day. |
