Week off and stinging nettles

So I have time off work and offered to help my mate prep her garden for planting. I got stung a fair few times by nettles while ing (not a pleasant experience!) and have woken up with an itch like you wouldn't believe!
Any suggestions on remedies?
P.s
Since gardening is now out of the question suggestions welcome on things to do in Hants |

@kirriemuir I just read that anti-histamines (piriton et al) are only useful as a prophylactic (they do not work fast enough to stop an allergic reaction that has already started)  |

Was this some sexual kink or just hard graft? (dock leaves rubbed on them should work)  |

It has been known to happen with stinging nettles on genitals but I woudnt recommend you trying it. |

Stinging nettles gently touched across pert nipples are always good for kinky fun. The sensation lasts a very loooooong time!

Might well have been although not too sure if he would want to pee on himself ( does that have the same effect in watersports? Lol) personally I've always found vodka taken orally does the truck , won't stop the itching but you won't care if you have enough  |
