After hearing discussions in work about websites were women are advising they have ditched their bras in a bid to be healthier and now focus on a good diet and exercise to help tone chest muscles to support their chest and are now feeling healthier for it, my question is how many women here still wear a bra? And would you consider ditching them in this new diet/healthy life style regime?
Me I'm a little sceptical about all new diets, fads etc but I'm not everyone lol |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
As you can't reduce breast tissue by dieting (you can only tone the muscles around the boobie area) then anyone who ditches their bra after losing weight is going to regret it later in life quite a lot. I shall keep hold of my over the shoulder boulder holder and keep my breasts perky as long as possible. |

"No I wouldn't. Plus if you have big boobs no amount of diet/exercise is gonna stop gravity. Sounds like a bit of a crazy idea to me "
Exactly . I have a friend that even wears a bra to bed, as she finds it uncomfortable if she doesn't. |

"I won't go without a bra I don't like warm knees .....my bra is staying "
Lol... My friend has large breasts too, she calls them her 'on your bellies'
Bra less is uncomfortable for her, besides if she does swing a bit too quickly she breaks furniture with them!
It's the same with blokes, some support is often needed and a good bra can look very sexy. |

There is no way I could go about my day to day life without the help and support of a good bra. I would have to take out liability insurance for when my boobs get out of control and injure someone. lol |

i dont actually need a bra for any type of support, my boobs aint big enough for that and stay in the same place even at the gym! so for me it doesnt matter about bras, i only wear them to make my boobs look bigger |

"Enjoying the humorous descriptions of how to cope or not without a bra....made me chortle
I wouldn't chortle. Getting that much superglue off my chest would be a nightmare. "
