I found out on FB today that an old friend of mine who i met on my travels had commuted suicide her long term boyfriend did the same two weeks ago and it seems she couldn't live without him. Although I haven't seen her for over 15 years we stayed in touch and whenever i thought of our meeting with her it always bought a smile to my face!!! I feel so sad that life gets that bad for someone that they have to end it and also apart from a post can't say goodbye properly RIP Sammy, you made such a good inpression on me x |

That's very sad, my colleague and best friend for ten years lost his 35yo daughter to a brain hemorrhage on Friday evening.
No loss is easy to bear but some are harder than others.
Huggs to you hun xx |

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Even harder when it's unexpected. Remember though that those memories will stay with you forever & it sounds like she made a great impression on your life. x |

its such a shame ..when tragedys happen sonetimes support networks arent made readily available to those affected ..i wish it was different but sadly people do seem to forget about those left behind and if they dont have the presence of mind to seek help themselves they can be abandoned and such outcomes occur ...truly tragic ...rip X |

Thanks all, she certainly always bought a smile to my face whenever she popped up on the radar what was hard was she wrote the most heart wrenching posts in the last few weeks in memory of her boyfriend but I never thought she would to do something like this especially as she was one tough cookie. Still so shocked but nice to share....thanks FAB x |

Death of a loved one through ill health or an accident is hard enough to take, but suicide is on another level. My mate's mum ended her life a few years back and he has never got over it
Sorry to hear of the loss of your friend |

"I had a friend who commuted suicide as well. It is a terrible tragedy, when someone gets so low, they see it as their only way to escape their pain. RIP. "
Me too last year. Still can't get my head around it. I spend half the time angry at him and the other half sad. Like you say it's a tragic thing to think that ending your life is the only way x |

I'm like that with my friend who died last month. She took her own life and I'm either really angry or really sad when I think about her. Xx |

That's normal, however someone dies.
Suicide is hard on everyone so take some time to remember them.
