What is your favourite and most hated vegetable?

I love most fruit and veg but asparagus is the wrong shade of green for the taste. I'm scared of mushrooms. I know they are not a vegetable but they get lumped in with them.

I brought a packet of Birds Eye Fusions and tried them today....they are lovely.

I love all veg but not when it's overcooked and all mushy, that takes all the vitamins out of it.

For those that don't like celery, try it as a snack with cottage cheese
