What have you got....I've got crispy chilli chicken thanks to Maggi oh so crispy range...with some potato bites thanks to morrisons and some salad thanks to Asda

Some beef left over from yesterdays roast. Will chuck it in some black bean sauce (asda) along with some chopped chilli's and spring onions both fried for a bit. Gonna have it with rice and fingers crossed enough for lunch tomorrow

Guys and girls, if you like southern fried chicken but want a healthy version try Maggi oh so crispy chilli chicken it was bloody lovely....and the chicken was lovely and juicy. I had it with salad and potato bits and it was better than any KFC.

It was delicious....and it's easy just coat the chicken and whack in the oven

Just had aromatic duck parcels with special slaw with ginger & soy sticky dipping sauce. That was starter.

Then had Woodland mushroom and garlic risotto with a salmon steak for main.

Decent grub at my Premier Inn
