It is hard to fathom it out, some families are very dysfunctional though.
On the BBC website last week a 14 year old boy was charged with raping his mother, I really couldn't comprehend that. |

its really down to the complexities of the human brain, it can be a factor of genetic and upbringing issues
I'd exclude it as murder if a person was deemed mentally incapable though AT the time of killing.
As I said we are pretty complex creatures..more cerebraly capable than many of our animal counterparts..thats why I never say murderers are no better than animals!
A fit of rage, could be the other time I'd say that someone is mentally challenged..
but premeditated murder...the planning, the covering up, etc etc, that also shows psychopathic thinking
If u really wanted to think about it scientifically, it could be argued it is just a natural thing spread amongst the animal and plant kingdom, however as humans we have also had religion tell us taking a life is against gods will, though there are exceptions..very dubious.
I'd say IF murders are increasing, its most likely due to the absence of physical/mental interaction from the onset of early childhood, where bonds between each other have been stunted for continual periods |
