I've just had 8 weeks alcohol free but last night I drank enough whiskey to flood Scotland.
So the question is what have given up for a while and then gone mental on when you've got back on it |

sex...i gave up for 10 years from 2001 till 2011.
of course once i got it again i want it all the time, hence being here as i do not want anything too heavy at the moment.
Of course as a single bloke i get it rarely, and that is even worse lol.
seriously thinking about doing the monk thing again for a couple of years, till i get a car and can stalk the ladies here properly.

Food. Went months only able to nibble on a biscuit or a few spoons of rice pudding or soup. Then as I felt better it was like I had to have every sweet,starchy, carb-loaded thing I could get my hands on. I craved custard,curry,chips,. Everything I hardly ever ate before I was ill. I was out of control with my cravings |

Sex but I'm good now thanks to this site.
Coffee: didn't have any for 2 weeks, real bad cold turkey, bad headaches, irritable, restless, couldn't sleep. Had a cup and I could feel the caffeine flow through my veins. delicious!  |
