How is everyone getting on with their diets ?

I was doing very well until Kinder brought out Marvel Superhero toys inside their chocolate shells of deliciousness!

I lost 6lbs last week. Haven't been as good so far this week tho!

In fairness I'm not 'dieting' - I gave that lot up a long time ago. I've been actively engaged in maintaining a lifestyle change for the last two and a half years though - and so far I'm over 6 stone lighter and probably the fittest I've been in 30 years.

For me its been about fundamentally changing the way I view my life, making positive changes and far less about saying 'no' to pudding!

that is so good. I just don't eat healthy and need to learn how to but am very lazy. So my weight yo yo's. Don't really have a healthy attitude towards food.

Try slimming world-its purely healthy eating and you don't 'have' to do exercise if you're not that way inclined. X

I ate 1 giant bar of cadburys last nite and 4 cadburys eggs(with spoons)...my cat helped me(she loves chocolate and often steals it)...anyway..

I'm not on a diet...just a bit depressed lol

Thanks I tend not to diet as my old habits when I had an eating disorder start to creep back so tend to just eat normally but portion control

I was doing really well but there have been lapses this week.

The fact that I'll be going to a steakhouse tonight doesn't help much. But it's back to the strict controls from tomorrow.

Don't diet, just do more exercise. You can eat the things you like and you'll feel better about yourself after the exercise.

I've lost weight. I don't know how much because I'm not weighing myself.

I'm still finding sticking to low carb is difficult on stressful days or when I'm unhappy but it is getting easier.

Try quinoa, cook it like rice, it looks like a cous cous, it feels like you're eating rice or cous cous but it's protein. So you con yourself you're having a carb.

Well done everyone. I lost a pound and a half but I hadn't been that good. I've upped my walking now though so hope that will show next week

I'll be having the steak but with salad or veggies and no carbs. Then it's back to the delights of veganism tomorrow.
