After posting on a recent thread I'm very supprised that few people have done this. I work for a very backward company when it comes to any sort of training but this is one course everyone has had to attend.
Am I the only one that has though? |

"What on earth is Dignity at Work? Not getting pissed at lunchtime? Being nice to others? Is this something that needs to be taught?"
It's a bit more complicated than that, it covers discrimination, bullying and harassment also behaviour that others may take offence to. |

Have to do it every yr along with a load of others did make them laugh last yr question was what are c ds me with mind on other matters pipes up cross dressers and as i work with a load of prudes was told off  |

Civil Service calls that Equality and Diversity. We have to do it every year. |

Nah... I was flantering with a manager of another department... She and I have a long standing working relationship...
One of the HR weevils stuck his Dignity nose into our private conversation, and was politely invited to " F*ck the F*ck off and keep your F*cking nose the F*ck out of my F*cking business"
Not seen him since, and no-one has said anything to the manager...  |
