My first was either Sammy Hager or AC/DC on the Back In Black tour at Bristol Colston Hall (my music tastes have seruiously changed this then!)
My last was either Stiff Little Fingers acouple of years back or, err JLS who were actually much better than I thought they would be.
Going to Rizzle Kicks next Tuesday, who I like a lot (have promised kids no embarassing dad dancing while we are there, a promise I intend to break!!) |

Gloucester leisure centre! Saw a few bands there back in the day, people like siouxsie and the banshees.
There used to be loads of little venues in the west then that pretty major bands would play, shame everyone just plays arenas now.
I used to love going to goldiggers in chippenham, and remember seeing a great gig by madness at bath pavilions , but had to walk home to bristol after falling foul of local skinheads, who didn't like bristol skins on 'their patch', seems funny now, but was shit scared at the time! |

The Centaur in Cheltenham has some good small gigs. Saw Stereophonics there as well (yes I do rather like Kelly Jones so saw them twice), plus Kaiser Chiefs last year. |
