Bbmf? I've not tried that before, does it require being good at yoga?

How are they getting it over? Flying it all the way?

I don't think that those things come to pieces very easily...

Would be a lovely sight to see though!!!

Titz Towers, North Notts

My dad was an aeroplane nerd. Luckily for him we knew a chap who worked in the maintenance crew on the Lanc and he managed to arrange for us all to have a look inside it at Conningsby. I've still got pics of me as a lad sat in the various gunner positions

We have plans to go to Rolling Thunder at Bruntingthorpe in May, and hopefully get to the air show at Biggin Hill this year too.

I didn't realise quite how amazing planes were until we went to the Cold War Jets Museum at Bruntingthorpe - it was amazing!

Duxfords flying legends show is always worth a visit, I don't think you will see so many classic aircraft in the sky at the same time anywhere else

Little bit before my time, but the bloke who designed that plane from every detail was born around the corner from me

Nothing to see here. Please move along.

Ive only been in one classic plane. It was a dc10. Hubby would drag me in there for a quicky at every oportunity.

Have you seen the youtube clip of the Victor taking off at Rolling Thunder? It wasn't supposed to!

I've never been to an air show but I really am looking forward to it!

Best aircraft thing I have ever seen was concord over the Ironbridge Gorge in mid summer 87/88 not sure which now.

Looked stunning!

Funny that - a lot of guys I've met at clubs claim to be the pilots of these things!
