It depends how good the work is, what style and how well it fits together in my opinion.
Lots of mismatched tattoos scattered all over the place can look bad. It's up to that person how they want to adorn themselves though.
I have yet to have one tattoo because I can't decide on a design for more than a few weeks without changing my mind. That's not a good start when it comes to permanent artwork! |

To annoy my parents I let an illiterate person tattoo my name on me… at the age of 12 or 13. It is fortunately easy to cover, keep meaning to get it covered but that would mean a larger tattoo that would be visible most of the time. Apart from one on my back I have some on my arse, which meant I spent a lot of time mooning people when I was a bit younger  I struggle to see my own tattoos mostly  |

I have a tattoo of my face, on my face.
I have to get it updated every year to make it look older.
I got a black eye a few months ago and that took ages to get done and look like the real thing, only to have to have laser treatment to remove it when it got better two weeks later.  |
