It's lovely here, sun is shining, weather is sweet yeah, makes me wanna move ma dancing feet yeah...... anyway, as you can tell I love the sun. Makes me happier.
I went for a run this morning and saw the little buds on the trees coming out, the first crocus' blooming.
Then some bastard took a corner without indicating and nearly took me out, turned the sunny air blue I did!!! |

Oh tell me about it. I really suffer in the winter when it's dark and miserable, but I was able to go training last night. I could feel my mood lifting after only a mile, even though that was all uphill  But 6 miles later I was feeling great  |
