I saw something years ago warning that one day the meat we eat will have run out, many reason given, one of them is we will run out of room to grow the food they eat never mind the fields they live in.
They suggested we went down the bug road and some farmers have already cottoned on to this |

The thing I saw showed some well known chef make 'cricket patties/burgers' I think. Served it in a michelin star place. People didnt seem to impressed.
Imagine food hygeine inspectors trying to close you down for having a live cricket walking in the kitchen. |
