Chilli heat...how hot can you take it ?

I love chilli heat, regularly have vindaloo's, had lots of phall's in my time too

A tip for you, If you chop your chili's and add them at the frying stage of your cooking, a lot of the heat will fry off leaving you with the taste of chili's not the heat
