If you mean achilles tendon then yes. Heel raisers, a very expensive gizmo for shoes with gel pad and electronic thingy and targeted heel stretches via a physio. Surgery is best avoided tho sometimes steroid id knjection. I didn't want that as it can melt the tendon.
You have my sympathy- horrible thing. |

Just getting over ligament damage its a bastard to be honest the usual ice and heat helps but just got a foam roller yes its for sports injuries etc its helped so much as stretches injured areas. Good luck. |

Hearing a few things about these foam rollers... What do they actually do?? And how? Saw one for £25 in dw is that about the right price? |

I did mine about two years ago and took about six months to heal. Still realky weak and flares up from time to time. I try to limit wearing heels as I tend to end up swollen for about a week afterwards x |

You can get one from Argos for a tenner. As with most things recovery takes as long as it takes. If you try to rush it you could cause more issues for yourself.
My friend tripped in a small hole in the garden and managed to do ligament damage to both ankles at the same time. |
