I've seen you in the supermarket for a long while now

I walk past you nearly every time I'm there

I glance at you, but never sure if I should take it further. You make me smile but also worry me a bit.

Today I decided, 'take a chance, what's the worse that can happen? It might be amazing..

I like cottage cheese with pineapple but they add all sorts of rubbish to it, including sugar! Wtf?

It's better, I've found, to buy plain cottage cheese, with as few additives as possible and add the pineapple, (fresh preferably).

I can't believe the number of foods that contain sugar when they shouldn't need to.
