ok. weird topic but has any guy suffered from this? every now and then after coming maybe 15 minutes later I get a dull pain. had it for years. I have full clean sexual health check up

I can come for 1/2hr - 1hr after orgasm and never had this. You sure your testicle hasn't moved or something? I'd maybe ask a GP.

I used to get this occasionally, it's normally when u get close to cumming then u don't. But you do cum a bit later on. U may find ur cum is a bit more runny when this happens.

I haven't had it for a few years though but that might be because I have learned how to be multi orgasmic
