Good luck! Richmond park is lovely to cycle and run in with no real hills. What Distance are you doing? (I think it used to have a few different ones including a crazy ultra with a half marathon at either end!) |

Yeah there's a few distances, I'm doing what the call the classic, run 10k cycle 44k run 5k, the ultra is 20 77 10 |

It's Mr liddy not Mrs, I've lost 7 stone and hoping to drop another one for the event, Mrs liddy has lost 5 stone aswell though, |
