although the older i get, the mre serious i tend to be. |

with work and my daughter i'm generally serious when i need to be.
like others have said it all depends on the situation. with friends im either the joker or the sensible one.

I can't be serious. Even at work I'm not serious. When I and my boss was having dinner with a room full of judges last November (it's strange where work can take you) I had to really restrain myself from trying to involve everyone in a cross talk conversation  |

was thinking, i am serious about a lot of things, bad things that happen in the world but compared to a lot of people on here i would say im not very serious at all.  |

I think everyone is capable of being serious. Knowing when it's appropriate to be serious can be seriously challenging for some people, they misplace seriousness with silliness and the serious people around them take their silliness as seriousness thus they look like a seriously uncaring twat.
If you say serious enough times it seriously starts to sound like a weird, made up silly word. And if you then go on the write serious many times then you're fucked because it becomes seriously difficult to spell seeing as it looks and sounds like a seriously silly word.
Seriously though, 50/50 serious is best.
