Got to be quality bread for me as well. Just cant eat the mass produced stuff you get in supermarkets. Does terrible things to me if eaten too much. I bloat up and get really bad, waking me in the night bad, acid burning. Took me a long time to track it down to bread. Did think it might be a gluten intolerance coming on, but pasta is no problem to me. But after eating bread in france, i've come to the conclusion that its either someting in the baking process, or maybe a flour additive like a mould inhibitor.

But good bread can make up for an otherwise mediocre sandwich.
