this for me too, dont drive, and ive had no shows who only had to travel half hour to get to me, so why would I? |

It really depends who they are. I would have to know them pretty well already. I have travelled 90 minutes for a social meet. I would probably have travelled twice the distance for her  |

I don't drive and only have a certain time limit so can't travel far although I've had quite a few offers for people to travel quite a way to me but haven't let any . |

3 hours is a long drive but if all fails, you might discover a part of the country you did not know, find a lovely pub, have lunch and a beer in the sun!
I have travelled 5 hours by train before and all was perfect!

Have a day out, an adventure, look to see what places of interest etc are near where you are to meet.
Have a "plan B" so that you will have a great time anyway even if she doesn't show.
Make a day of it, relax, make the most of the opportunities which life presents to you!

we live in a remote area so always have to travel for at least an hour to every meet but we have driven up to 3hrs(they did put us up for the night and gave us a lovely fry up in the morning though.) |

I've travelled nearly four and a half hours to a guys I had been speaking to, stayed a couple of nights but I am known to travel far and wide, so I say go for it x |

The 9 hr drive was a bit of a gamble though he was vouched for by a friend.
I'd exchanged a lot of messages with the couple from Inverness over a period of time and we had mutual friends.
I was fairly sure both times would be ok, and they were.
Given the cost of fuel, however, I may consider engaging professional services before I do a 400 mile round trip in future!!! |

Regularly travelled 3+ hours each way to fb in Wales weekends. To my mind it's well worth if there's some quality fucking waiting the other end. That being said my first trip down was to a meet that didn't pan out. Ended up stuck with a hard cock, £115 in hotel bills, £66 in travel and no back up plan what so ever!
I'm with coffee n cream if you travel far have a plan B |

Had guys travel 3 hours plus on multiple occasions to meet me, doesn't mean they like me more, just means they like travelling
