My pet hate is a nail biter, eeeek that chomping down really goes through me and they do look awful .

I bit my nails for 30 years. I don't any more, but it took a lot of willpower to stop.

I did for years, its a habbit that's really really hard to break, you just chew on your nails without even realising your doing it, I did manage to stop and haven't bitten my nails for a fair few years now but I find I still put my fingers in my mouth a lot even though I don't chew my nails anymore
