I've just finished my last day at my latest job.

I have 4 bottles of real ale

I have 1 bottle of Cava

Which should I drink tonight to celebrate a new beginning?

(And no, I won't be mixing them

I'm not even sure what Cava is. Sounds like an island off the West coast of Scotland. Someplace where those Celtic missionary type Johnny's went and landed and the tourist trade has never been the same since.
