Just got an allotment so can start some serious veggie growing again, love baking, jam making, butchery,and am still trying to master knitting not sure any of them are really hobbies though |

scarves are rubbish to knit, the take too long lol
i started a scarf weeks ago to learn a new technique (entrelac) and i'm bored of knitting it already  |

Yes have to agree, I do tend to crochet more than knit downfall you use more wool.  |

Buy a cheap 4mm hook and watch as many beginner videos as possible, you'll be a hooker in no time |

nip down to thee docks and ask around....many a sailor will tell you i can be a pretty good hooker  |

Yeah coarse fishing bores me! Spending all that time catching the buggers and then chucking them back, what's that all about? Game fishing is better! Salmon & sewin Spend the day catching them then eat the for diner! Lovely jubbely |

Railways. Travelling on them, especially charter trains to unusual parts of the country, visiting maintainance depots, photographing trains and the more architechtal parts of the system and collecting model trains and railwayana.
I`ve also got into pocket watches, Albert chains and fobs but currently haven`t got the money to go further into this at the moment. |
