I know what you mean I've had to change my entire eating habits it's scary when you think you have been eating quite healthy and you find out you haven't if I can loose another stone and half I will be happy x |

It's when you start to write everything down you realise quite how much you were eating  I want to lose about 4 stone then I'll be happier. Good luck x |

It's taken a lot of determination but got a app on my phone that tells me how many calories I can have a day then at the end of the day it tells me what I will Waigh in 5 weeks x |

It's not easy lol I got the myfitnesscoach app on my phone tells me how many calories I can have a day and I can scan the barcode on my food to find out what's in it so I know what I'm eating

Well done its a terrific achievement, just remember to keep up the new eating habits when you reach your target weight - that's always the hardest part.

Well done. Ive lost 5 stone 3lb in 7 months and dropped an amazing 5 dress sizes and feeling so much better. Now just maintaining it as I really don't want any of it back  |

I lost 4 stone but put 2 back on due to a medical condition, but it's coming off again now.
