I have often read that when you receive bad service from a company and then seem to meet a roadblock when you complain, if you then turn to social media companies have a habit of springing into action.

Is this true.Have you experienced a situation like this ?

Most large companies will have a team of people monitoring social media for bad comments, so yes, if you have an issue you should air it.
