Yes they do... I had one earlier this year and was expecting it to be relaxing... Wow was I wrong

I love deep tissue massage. Agonising but the only thing that gets my shoulders to work independently from one another.

Must admit deep tissue massages do work wonders.. I play football and after iv had a deep tissue massage it's amazing how much quicker my body seems to relax.. Shame I'm a right arse and won't pay £40-50 regularly for one

I doubt anyone will be able to offer much advice without a proper assessment. I have a 2nd office at the physio I spend so much time there!
