So I took letsbe to run Round my parkrun route today and he MADE me do an extra lap!!! Meaning I ran 7.5k....1.5k further than ever before 
I was feeling pretty knackered after so we went to bed......and now I ache all over

Im so looking forward to doing "similar" when im up and running....well hobbling ..after my op on the 4th march. Being mobile again and being able to go walking is my first step. well done you  "

I'm not too bad as I was there as a run buddy. No offense meant to evie, but it was quite gentle for me. She has done so well, and whilst I suggested doing an extra lap I left it up to her and she wanted to do it.
I did make her change her style on the hills and had her grunting and groaning!   |
