Why have I been awake since 3am and now can't sleep?

Anyone else suffer?

ive been awake since one. full of a cold and cougihng in bed so i thought, balls to this i may as well get up. really tired now though

Bed at around ten because I was exhausted. Woke up at midnight wide awake and I'm about to try and grab a few more hours before the day breaks.

Yep, often manage to string together just a couple of hours. Managed maybe 2 or 3 last night.

The last time I got more then 4 hours sleep in a row was probably 7months ago now I have a 6week old baby so it's not going to improve anytime soon. Oh well C'est la vie....
