Imagine you are to take last penalty to win the World Cup Brazil
Do you
Blast it - with the risk of going over bar
Place it sending goalie wrong way - and it's a dolly shot
So ladies And gents what's your choice

I would stroll up casually...confident of scoring
But the lace in my shorts would come undone...my shorts fall around my ankles and i fall flat on my face as the ball trickles to the scottish keeper ....

Ah you see if your a left pegger it's better to go right corner across your body, the keeper will be expecting left,
I'd give it the old Gary linekar and blast it down the middle and hope the keeper moves |

Did anyone see the Italy vs Spain confederations cup last year?
Every penalty was hit hard in to the side netting & probably the world's no.1 & 2 between the sticks didn't have a sniff of a chance of saving any of them...... then came Italian penalty no. 6 - with the cheeky chip up the middle & completely cocked it up!! 11 out of them 12 penalties were exactly how you're supposed to take them!
Now, compare them to ours!!!  |
