Do you believe that what goes around comes around?

I did, until I read something which I shall share with you shortly.

totally, though i think mine may be a bit leaning to the bad side.

one piece of good luck for me normally means three of bad.

So one meet here, and all hell breaks loose elsewhere.

must have been really bad in a former life, just wish i could remember it...

I don't believe in karma. Good and bad things happen to people all the time, and the concept of karma suggests that there is some sort of mystical force that controls these happenings.

THE MISCONCEPTION: People who are losing at the game of life must have done something to deserve it.

THE TRUTH: The beneficiaries of good fortune often do nothing to earn it, and bad people often get away with their actions without consequences.

The universe is a powerful thing ....

I believe that you get what you put out there - eventually karma or whatever you want to call it will slap you on the arse

Yes seen that a couple of times over the years.

That's why some should never knock those on the way up, you could meet them on the way back down.

But where's the proof, I mean, you'd have to wait untill someone is dead, then it's too late to ask!!

I totally believe in Karma, - it's the one thing in life that kind of makes sense!!

Deep down , you want to believe hard work and virtue will lead to success, and evil and manipulation will lead to ruin ,so you go ahead and edit the word to match those expectations. Yet, in reality, evil often prospers and never pays the price.

As much as I'd like to take credit for the above, it does come from a book.

More often than not yes but many disgruntled people make sure it does.

Positivity breeds positivity. It's all relative.

Your idea of something good happening may be someone else's idea of something bad happening.

Karma is supposed to apply to your next life, not your current one. Your behaviour and actions in this life are rewarded or punished next time.

"What goes around, comes around", I like to think would apply but I know it doesn't. Sometimes people get what they deserve but very often bad people lead charmed existences.

Many very, very successful people got that way by trampling over others. Are they happy and fulfilled? Who knows?
