texting friends

Just wondered if many people on here have made friends on here by just texting etc, prefer to meet but happy to text as distance can be a problem ,oh my first forum topic post hope I haven't made an arse of it haha

I make friends here before texting commences. I don't like lots of texts but I do use it to keep in touch with friends who have left the site.

I only give my number to those I get a good feeling about but have a couple of people I text but may never get to meet x

There are several forumites I speak to a lot via text and calls, but only those I consider actual friends.

All my friends have been made through messaging. Most because of logistics I haven't met. But I have some fabulous conversations with them on here.

I have one text friend. He is actually quite near, just isn't meeting anyone - I'm hoping one day he will, he's hot, but he's fun to chat to meanwhile!

Since being on the forum just before Christmas I have got to know some wonderful people and view Fab completely diffently as a result. I have also met face to face some people who are now good friends.

The other great thing with messaging on the phone app is there is little need to swap phone numbers if both are using the app

Have regularly messaged a couple of lovely ladies on here glad it's not unusual to have a laugh with others without pressure to meet

Not at all...join in the forums too you'll soon be hooked and start getting to know the wonderful people on here.
