I suffer with them terribly. Go on line and have a look at a product called migra cap. It's awesome. Works for me every time. |

"Cooling strips are pretty good for a bit of relief while the tablets work x"
I used to have them and something cool on my forehead worked well as did lying down in a dark quiet room. Hope you'll be better soon. Oh and stop looking at the screen! |

Sleep is pretty much the only thing that used to work for me...but when I suffered from them I had blurry vision so was pretty useless anyway!
Have only had one or two since I got glasses though...mine were mostly being caused by eyestrain apparently |
