Matthew McConaughey is acting his arse off in this (did someone suggest in a thread a few weeks ago that he couldn't act?); awesome performance in a brilliant series. Woody Harrelson's great too.
It should clean up at The Emmy's next year.
Best TV series I've seen since The Wire/Sopranos. Great performances, opening credits, story, cinematography, direction. |

I never really rated either actor much, but after watching Dallas Buyers Club and now this, Matthew McConaughey is obviously more than a sexy body who likes to take his shirt off, I am happy to have been wrong, just goes to show what decent writing can do for an actor, I notice they are both Excecutive Producers as well. |
